Holli is the Owner and President of The Thier Group. For over 20 years, Holli has partnered with local government agencies to develop award-winning community outreach, public awareness and media campaigns. Prior to founding The Thier Group, Holli was a San Francisco Deputy City Attorney.

As an active member of the Bay Area community and locally renowned civil rights attorney, Holli has previously served as president of the League of Women Voters of San Francisco as well as a three-time representative of the 13th Assembly District on the Democratic County Central Committee. Throughout her career she has also served on several community boards including the Jewish Community Relations Council, the National Women’s Political Caucus, the Resolution’s Committee of the California Democratic Party, and the Democratic Women’s Forum.
